Simple Websites Fast (SWF) operates on a fee for service basis. Hosting services are offered by independent companies that are not owned or operated by Simple Websites Fast. Quotes and unsigned customer agreements are valid for 14 days. By initiating your web design or SEO services you are accepting our full terms and conditions. Hosting charges are separate and in addition to our web site design services. We may utilize 3rd party companies at our discretion for our web design, SEO, marketing and graphic design services. SWF is not responsible for any hosting, CMS platforms, 3rd party vendors/companies or flash component problems, suspensions, outages or business closings. All consultations will be conducted by phone. SEO monthly consultations will be conducted by phone. Any in person appointments will by made at the discretion of SWF and additional charges will apply. We recommend that you purchase any stock images (with proper licensing) that you want included on your website. If you do not provide stock images, we will supply up to 10 stock images of our choice. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement and licensing issues in relation to your website content and all images. All stock images purchased by SWF will have standard licensing only. The client is responsible for purchasing any extended licensing or licensing renewals. Clients may contanct us to receive a copy of the standard licensing for their stock images. We are not responsible for any security breaches, hacking or spam that your website, online profiles, social media accounts or business email may encounter. SWF is not responsible for any loss of business or copyright infringement in relation to your web site development, content, hosting or outages. Clients are responsible for backing up their website files. We do not guarantee to keep a back up of your website files.

Upon completion of your web site, any remaining monies owed are immediately due. You have up to 14 days to submit final changes to your completed web site. Up to 3 sets of revisions may be submitted. A deposit for web site design services is due before your web site will begin development. You have up to 30 days to submit the necessary information to initiate your website development from the time we receive your deposit. Website development will not begin until all necessary images, collateral and questionnaires are received by SWF from the client. Any outstanding balance is due upon completion of the web site even if final revisions are still in progress. Balances are considered past due after 14 days and your web site will be removed from the Internet until the balance is paid in full. If payment is not received in full within 30 days, a $25 reactivation fee will apply.  

SWF reserves the right to subcontract any or all web design or development for any client. All payments and deposits submitted to Simple Websites Fast for any service is nonrefundable. Cancellation of any services are required to be submitted in writing. Please contact us directly for details on accepted forms of payment and cancellation policies for specific services.

Our graphic design services are rendered on a fee for service basis. Printing services and shipping are contracted to independent companies that are not owned or operated by Simple Websites Fast. We are not responsible for shipping issues or lost packages. Shipping issues must be addressed through the responsible shipping company. We are not responsible for any loss of business due to your marketing materials, delays in printing or delays/issues with shipping. You are solely responsible for any copyright infringement in relation to your marketing content. Upon completion of your graphic design, any remaining monies owed are immediately due. Orders will not be submitted to printers until final payment has been received. Final graphic layouts will be emailed to you for your electronic approval. Once your order is placed with the printer, revisions may no longer be submitted. You have up to 14 days to submit final changes to your completed graphic design, which includes up to 3 sets of revisions. A deposit for graphic design services is due before your design work will begin. Deposits are nonrefundable. Your balance is considered past due after 14 days from the time of invoicing. If payment is not received in full within 30 days, a $15 late fee will apply to your order. SWF reserves the right to subcontract any or all graphic design work for any client. A $40 fee will be assessed for any returned checks or credit card chargebacks in addition to the outstanding balance owed. Our business name will be placed along with a hyper link to our website on every website we develop. We will be listed as the Web Designer and/or SEO Provider. We may refuse service to any potential client if their content does not meet our guidelines. SWF may change its terms and conditions at anytime.
